Betty's Bay

Falling into the Overberg Region of the Western Cape, Betty's Bay is a small, sleepy sea-side town found about 1-hour outside of Cape Town. Betty's Bay originally began as a town connected to the nearby whaling station and has grown significantly over the years to become a popular weekend retreat. The old whaling station is now home the Stony Point Penguin Colony.
