Maun Game Reserve
The Maun Game Reserve is a small game reserve just 8kmē in size. Following the Thamalakane river bank the reserve is mostly a woodland area and includes the original area known as the 'Place of Reeds' in the San language, from which the town Maun gets its name. The reserve is open daily and offers visitors many hiking and walking trails to explore. In addition, the reserve is geared towards education and is home to a number of antelope.
