Khutse Game Reserve
Once a vast, bare and virtually uninhabited tribal land consisting mostly of Kalahari bush savannah, the Khutse Game Reserve is now a 2500kmē game reserve and is home to an abundance of game, although they mostly appear in small groups or individually. There is a large mineralised pan system in the park that provides water for the game in the rainy season and salt in the summer. The number of herbivores near the salt pan then attracts the predators creating fantastic game viewing opportunities throughout the year.
